• Keep it on-platform. Be cautious if someone rushes to move to another app, asks for money, or pushes for personal details early.
• Guard your privacy. Photos are hidden until you connect; contact info is shared only when you both agree.
• Involve your family/guardian. You can grant a guardian read access to a conversation for accountability.
• Look for badges. Verified members have proven their email, phone, or completed a call — honest people stand out.
• Meet thoughtfully. When you do meet, choose a public place and let someone you trust know.

If something feels wrong

Open the member's profile and use Report to alert our team, or Block to immediately stop all contact and hide each other. Reports are private and reviewed by moderators — you never have to explain yourself to the other person.
